SafetyRatios offers subscription-based services accessible upon payment through Stripe. Your subscription is subject to the following conditions:
- A fixed trial period is available for new users, starting from the date of sign-up. After the trial, access is restricted unless a paid plan is subscribed to.
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled through the Stripe portal before the renewal date.
- All subscription payments are managed through Stripe, and you agree to Stripe's terms.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe, with continued access until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds for partial billing cycles.
One-Off Payments for Document Downloads
SafetyRatios provides one-off purchases for document downloads. These are separate from subscription services, subject to the following:
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase.
- No refunds will be provided once the document is made available to you.
- Please ensure the document meets your requirements before purchasing.
Payment and Billing
All payments, including subscription fees and one-off purchases, are managed through Stripe. By making any payment, you agree to Stripe’s terms and conditions. SafetyRatios does not store your payment details.
Renewal and Cancellation Policy
For subscription services:
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
- You can manage your subscription, including cancellations, through Stripe's user portal.
- No refunds are provided for partial billing cycles.
For one-off purchases:
- All one-off payments are final, and no refunds are provided once the document is accessible.
Managing Subscription and Purchases through Stripe
All aspects of managing your subscription or making one-off purchases are handled through your Stripe user portal. It is your responsibility to ensure your Stripe account details are accurate and up-to-date.
Changes to Terms
SafetyRatios reserves the right to modify these Paid Services Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services or purchases signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
