B. Fash brings expertise forged across multi-billion dollar projects in Europe, the Middle East, and Australia — spanning nuclear, infrastructure, and commercial developments. With dual master's degrees covering both construction management and occupational health and safety, his practice sits at the intersection of operational complexity, regulatory compliance, and intelligent risk management.
He developed the SITE on Site methodology — a framework centred on Strategic Insight and Tactical Engagement for safety integration in complex, multi-contractor environments. The methodology reflects a conviction that safety excellence is only achievable when it is engineered into operational logic from the outset, rather than overlaid as an administrative function.
